QTA PhD Scholarships

QTA PhD Scholarships

Quantum Technologies Aotearoa (QTA) provides PhD students with an opportunity to do excellent research in a collaborative environment.

About QTA Phd Scholarships

We welcome applications on an ongoing basis from domestic and international students.

Quantum technologies have at their heart inherently quantum mechanical effects such as entanglement, superposition and the properties of atoms or atom-like systems. However the scope of the QTA research programme and these PhD projects is slightly broader. Included in scope are enabling technologies closely targeted at the further development of quantum technologies, as well as the application of “spin out” technologies , developed as part of quantum technology research but which turn out to be useful more broadly.
